Warranty Policy

At Halliday, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality eyewear that meets both your needs and expectations. This warranty outlines the terms, coverage, and conditions for products purchased directly from Halliday. The warranty is subject to the terms set forth below:

Warranty Period

The warranty for Halliday products is valid for one year from the date of receipt, and two years for customers in European Union (EU) or European Free Trade Association (EFTA) countries. In all cases, this warranty complies with applicable consumer protection laws in the country of purchase.

Warranty Coverage

Halliday offers a warranty for defects in materials and craftsmanship. If a manufacturing defect is found, Halliday will, at its discretion:
(a) repair the product using new or certified refurbished parts;
(b) replace the product with a new or certified refurbished equivalent.
In cases where repair is required due to a product quality issue, Halliday will bear the associated logistics and customs costs. However, if the issue arises from user-related causes or physical damage, all related expenses shall be borne by the user.
If your product develops a defect or malfunction not caused by human factors within the applicable Limited Warranty Period, we will repair or replace the product, or update the software or services, so that the product substantially conforms to the warranted functionality. Upon provision of warranty service in accordance with this Limited Warranty, if the service involves the replacement of any product, accessory, or component, Halliday will securely erase all user data from the replaced product, accessory, or component shall before it becomes the property of Halliday. Halliday will ensure the replaced hardware is handled in a manner that protects user privacy.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty is limited and does not cover damage or issues arising under the following conditions:
(a) Natural disasters or external factors such as lightning, floods, fires, earthquakes, or other unforeseen events;
(b) Negligence, accidental damage, abuse, or misuse of the product;
(c) Alterations, modifications, or unauthorized repairs;
(d) Use of accessories or components not approved by Halliday;
(e) Use outside the product’s specified operating conditions, including incorrect voltage or power supply;
(f) Repairs or modifications by unauthorized individuals.
(g) Any scratches on the main unit or lenses resulting from use.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim, please contact Customer Service at support@hallidayglobal.com with details of the issue and proof of purchase. Upon claim approval, return the product with proof of purchase.
Before returning, please back up and erase all personal data and restore the product to factory settings. Data loss cannot be guaranteed against during repair or replacement. Upon receipt, our team will evaluate the product and provide a resolution through repair or replacement.
