If you selected “Send It Later” when placing your order, you can submit your prescription details through your Account Center at any time. Simply visit www.hallidayglobal.com/account, find your order, and follow the instructions to enter and submit your prescription information.

Please enter your prescription information exactly as shown on a valid, unexpired prescription issued by a qualified eye care professional. Review all details carefully before submitting, as prescription information cannot be changed afterward.

Shipping times vary depending on your delivery location. Once your order ships from our warehouse, delivery typically takes 1-2 weeks to reach your address. For more information about estimated shipping timelines, please refer to our Shipping Policy page.

Eligible non-prescription Halliday Glasses may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

For orders containing multiple items, each item has its own return window based on its individual delivery date, and items may be returned independently without affecting the others.

Please note that Halliday Glasses with prescription lenses are custom-made products and are considered final sale. Once assembled, they are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective or were shipped in error.

As digital purchases, Priority Access and other digital items aren't physically shipped, so there's nothing to return. If you change your mind, you can cancel for a refund — see our Refund Policy for details.

You can apply any discount code at checkout — just enter it and press "Apply".

If you're using a Priority Access or Halliday Glasses Owners' Exclusive code, please enter your email in the "Contact" field first, then your code, using the same email address tied to your offer. That sequence matters — please enter your email before the code, so it applies correctly.
